Captain Cox rallied a team of 17 hardy souls to conquer the 5+ mile route and reported the troopers placed an amazing 3rd overall.

Skipper Gemma Shaw questioned her weekend activity choices on one of the bigger climbs but couldn’t resist a surprise sprint finish, along with team player of the year Lucy Allsop, both having fabulous seasons so far, 52nd and 54th for our lovely pair. Our superb team were completed with none other than Wendy May 57:35 her time for 60th and Jenny Hope on an impressive XC streak this year 68th for our superstar in 1 hour and 44 seconds.
