While most of Ivanhoe Runners wound down for the Christmas break, Andy Lindley decided to do his tenth marathon of 2017 just two weeks after his overseas exploits in the Reggae marathon.

This time he went off-road for the Elsecar trail marathon. After a promising 1 hour 50 minute first half the legs decided it was time for their seasonal rest, and a difficult 3.50 second half saw hime finish in 5 hours 5 minutes. Time for a nice sit down now !
