While many of the Club enjoyed the delights of Majorca, two Ivanhoe Runners took part in a 16k trail race from Bakewell, and both ran well to finish well up the field. Nick clocked a brilliant 1.19.45 in 13th place and Phil ran 1.21.23 in 21st place.

Meanwhile in the Birmingham half marathon, four Ivanhoe Runners took part, with first home being Karen Hartland in 1.50.17, followed by Fiona McKean returning to racing and clocking 1.57.08. Helen and Tom Smith ran together, and clocked 2.10.43 and 2.10.44.
