Ivanhoe Runners James Cubitt running form has been coming on in leaps and bounds recently, and this helped him gain age group selection for the World Duathlon Championships in Aviles, Spain, last weekend.

In the sprint event, James finished a brilliant 34th in the 35-39 age group with an overall time of 1.10.11 for the run-bike-run event.​
