The marathon season for Ivanhoe Runners continued with two members running the Edinburgh marathon, and both having outstanding runs. Andy Lindley knocked over four minutes off his previous best marathon time to clock a brilliant 3.18.52, finishing in 452nd place in the 6,500 plus field. Karen Hartland made even bigger holes in her marathon previous best, knocking off a massive eight and a half minutes as she ran a superb 3.49.54 to finish 1,740th to round off a great tour for the club.
