In his 30th year with Ivanhoe Runners, Martin Yeomans took on the Worcester Marathon and despite the hot conditions he does not favour, clocked 4.17.42 in 146th place. Ahead of him, Steve Rundell was going well until 19 miles when the wheels came off, but he held on to clock 3.43.42 in 58th place. In the Copenhagen Marathon, the overseas touring team of Fiona McKean and Francesca Sinclair clocked 4.32 and 4.44 respectively.
