At the Rockingham 10k, Mel Ferrie also made the podium finishing a fantastic 3rd lady (33rd overall) in 48:31. Becca and Dave Hobbs took on the 10 mile race at Rockingham, with Becca finishing ahead in 1:16:33 (8th lady, 56th overall) to Dave’s 1:17:33 (59th). Jason and Ruth Green headed North for the Preston 10 mile race where conditions were very difficult with blustery wind and heavy rain. Despite this Jason had a fantastic run to knock over a minute and a half off his personal best crossing the line in 1:18:54 (200th). Ruth found the going hard and finished well outside her best in 1:29:04 (303rd).
