Over at the Derby 10k, Alistair Chambers had a great race in his final event before next week’s London Marathon, finishing in 94th place in 38:08. Next came Karl Savill running strongly to a 51:26 finish (1472nd) ahead of a great run from Will Wright, 1980th in 54:42 with Helen Thurogood completing the team in her first race for Ivanhoe in a pleasing 1:00:53 (2864th). New member Ian Mortimer took on the Leamington Spa 10k and had a great run coming home in 48:48 (487th).
