Four Ivanhoe Runners took part in the Liverpool Rock and Roll marathon at the weekend. On a very warm day, first home and completing his third Spring marathon was Andy Lindley, clocking another sub-3.30 time with 3.27.58. Tim Sturla completed his double-header, pacing his friend Dave round to a sub - four hour time after their Madrid marathon back in April, the pair clocking 3.54.11. Fiona McKean was next home in 4.14.35 followed by training partner Fran Sinclair 4.26.29.

Also in Liverpool for the running festival were Mark Parker and Emily Partridge. As well as running a 5k and a one mile race, they also did the half marathon, Mark clocking a new personal best time of 1.28.00 and Emily 1.52.23. Doubling up in Liverpool was Helen Finn, doing the 5k in 27.50 and the half marathon in 2.02.59.
