Four intrepid Ivanhoe Runners did the New York marathon in warm conditions. For Laura Graves this was marathon number four in the Marathon Masters series, having already completed London, Boston and Tokyo. This proved a bigger challenge given recent injuries leading to a very small training load, but running with training buddy Heather Swan they completed the race in 4.44.25 and 4.44.26 respectively. Also running New York together were Fiona McKean and Karen Hartland who both ran 5.28.13, enjoying the whole experience.
