At its Annual General Meeting on Friday 8th January Ivanhoe Runners elected their committee for 2016. Heather Swan has become Chairman with Kevin Sanders stepping into the Publicity Officer's role, while Angela Wheeler and Phil Stevenson remain as Secretary and Treasurer. Nick Rowles remains as men’s captain and is joined by Victoria Smith as ladies captain.

Ruth Green moves from Publicity Officer to become Special Events Organiser, while Emma Kirtland continues as Social Secretary and is joined in the role by one of four new committee members, Damon Bland. Also joining the committee are Lucy Allsop as Race Results Officer, James Cubitt as Fixtures Secretary and Karen Bell as Newsletter Editor.

Outgoing committee members Laura Graves (ladies captain) and Andy Lindley (fixtures secretary) were thanked by the Chairman for their significant contributions to the success of the Club over the last three years, which has seen membership grow by over 40% to 179 members.
