Whilst we’re known as a road and cross-country running club, did you know that included in Ivanhoe Runners membership, once a month we head to the track at Tamworth for a coached session to help take your running to the next level. Away from the distractions of the traffic, these tailored sessions will equip you with warm up drills, help you focus on form, run hard to improve your endurance and speed, all whilst joined by a large contingent from the club who all enjoy the regular fixture in the diaries.
And our next session is tomorrow night! Find the track by using what3words address sudden.rail.bunny. Come off the M42 at junction 10, join the A5 towards Nuneaton/ Tamworth/ Lichfield for 1.7 miles, taking the exit towards Wilnecote/ Glascote. Take the fourth exit, signposted for the athletics track which leads you to the car park.
