In the Derby 10k a number of Ivanhoe Runners were making their road racing debuts with the club, notably Jayne Hines who clocked 57.17, Sonia Hoult who clocked 1.08.37and Chrissy Betteridge 1.14.38. First home for the club and setting a new personal best was Mark Parker, clocking an excellent 41.31 to knock over three minutes off his previous best. Next home was Emily Partridge in 47.42, followed by Hines, Hoult and Helen Thurogood who clocked 1.08.35.
